October has arrived, which means Halloween is right around the corner!  To ensure you’re adequately prepared for this exciting time of year, we’ve released a new update to the web-based version of Trillian.  Build 631 includes a minor bugfix and an amazing new Halloween theme, complete with a raging battle between an octopus sea monster and a gang of merry pirates!  If you haven’t tried Trillian for Web yet, now is a great time to give it a spin.  Simply visit our brand new seasonally-inspired home page at http://www.trillian.im/ and enter your Astra Username and password to get started.  We’ve also released two new spooky avatars available exclusively on Trillian for Web, so be sure to check it out!

New versions of the iPhone and Web clients have been released – Trillian for iPhone Build 272 and Trillian for Web Build 621. We’ve been making minor tweaks to the iPhone version – nothing changelog-worthy – but this build is a required update. Although we try to avoid forcing updates on iPhone users, a minor tweak to our backend protocol made this upgrade a forced update. Please use the original download link in your invitation to update your device and let us know if you see any issues. Enjoy!

More fixes for the iPhone and Web versions today – Trillian for iPhone Build 269 and Trillian for Web Build 600. Testers for the web version should be automatically upgraded the next time they login to the service, and iPhone users should use the download link in their invitation email to grab the latest build. We’ve also decided to hold off on distributing Windows Build 112 to the general testing population as it introduced a few regression bugs we’d rather not force on everyone, so we’re working on getting Build 113 out instead.
