restricted number of people we can realistically handle in the Ad Hoc program,
this process will be *very selective*.  If you're only interested in trying the
client out, please wait for the final release!  Otherwise, if you're ready to
do some serious beta testing, please fill out the below form completely.  We
will be notifying accepted applicants in the next few weeks.  Leave fields

Please follow the below instructions:

   1.  Go to http://bugs.ceruleanstudios.com/

   2.  Use the authorization of beta / beta

   3.  Create or sign into your Bugzilla Account

   4.  Create a new bug report

   5.  Summary should be prefixed with [IPHONE] and contain text 
       to summarize the bug report, e.g.:
       
       [IPHONE] %summary%.

       Where %summary% is replaced by a summarization line of your
       choosing.
       
   6.  Attach a screenshot of your iPhone's about screen at
       Settings -> General -> About.  Keep the view scrolled to the
       top of the screen - the version should be at the bottom.
       The fields in view should be Network, Songs, Videos, Photos,
       Applications, Capacity, Available, and Version.

       To take a screenshot, hold down the top button and press the
       home button.  The screenshot will be saved to your phone like
       a normal photo, which you can pull off the device any way
       you're comfortable with.

   7.  Fill out the rest of the form as you feel appropriate and submit the
       new bug.

Once you have completed these items, please mail this form to
iphone-beta@ceruleanstudios.com with the subject "iPhone: Beta Application...".
